Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts (due to wrong address, unavailability, etc.), the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing the order.
All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items receive extra bubble wrap and protective packaging. If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take a photo before opening and contact us immediately.
